CONTENT SHOULD BE EMPATHY PUT INTO ACTION. See the world as others see it, then use language and technology to ease their pain.

MOST THOUGHT LEADERS ARE REALLY THOUGHT FOLLOWERS. Almost nobody can tell the difference, but we can.

THERE ARE NO ADVANCED SKILLS. There are only basics performed under conditions of varying difficulty. An expert gets the basics right every time. 

GOVERNANCE SOLVES PROBLEMS IN ADVANCE. It’s always an enabler, never a disabler.

NOT ALL REVIEWERS ARE CREATED EQUAL. Sometimes we can ignore their feedback. The trick is knowing when.
